Along with other changes

As a result, most owners will continue to enjoy Supercharging at no additional cost.
If customers travel beyond their annual credit, they will be charged a small fee to Supercharge.

In North America, Tesla owners will pay per kWh.

However, in other regions they will be charge per minute .

Tesla estimates that its will cost an extra $120 to travel from Los Angles to New York.

The Model 3 will be constructed with steel rather than aluminum.

Early indications leaked by carmaker included streamlining  some of its exterior and as well as its interior areas like changing the 17” touch screen.

As many as eight cameras that provide 360-degree visibility and 250 meters (820 feet) of range.

Also expect to see one front-facing radar, but with enhanced processing that allows it to see through dust, and even a car in front of you in rain or fog.

As many as 12 ultrasound detectors,

and a more powerful computer.

Other change will come as retooling begins on the Model 3 design and isolate any quality control issues.

And of course,   (not all those vehicles would be Model 3s, do not forget Model S and X, but the 3 is expected to consume the bulk of Tesla’s future manufacturing capacity).

The non believers could get burned on this one. Tesla learned how to build cars when it created the Model S. The Model X with some of short coming have been corrected and now is also a big success.
